We are looking for Outbound Sales Representatives who will be calling business to business selling online health and safety training. If you work well in a team environment and want to be a part of our growing success, please apply. This is a remote work-from-home position.
Work Location: Remote (Work from home)
Rate of Pay: $17.50-$18.00/hr plus commission.
Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision and Life Insurance offered after probation period.
Permanent Full Time Hours:
Monday to Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm
Training: Paid training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is an asset but not a requirement.
- Excellent selling, and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

- Working Desktop or Laptop computer with Windows 10 or 11.
- Internet connection.
